"The most anticipated movie of the year" Agree! Agree!
Out of all the movies watched, this movie would be my best option and no regrets plz
This blockbuster transformers is filled with action-packed genre and thrilling sense in every plot
Queuing for a period of precious time to purchase the movie tickets, my patience was worth to be
A weird feeling kept playing my mind as plenty of students and teenagers chose to watch this movie in the afternoon. How about their schooling and tuition?? haha
As compared to weekends, thursday should be a quiet and lonely working day
But nvr mind, at least i didn't miss any golden opportunity to catch up with this superb movie
i do recommend this to everyone! Believe me!

Plump vs Thin

Chubby people live longest: Japan study
Health experts have long warned of the risk of obesity, but a new Japanese study warns that being very skinny is even more dangerous, and that slightly chubby people live longer.

Health experts have long warned of the risk of obesity, but a new Japanese study warns that being very skinny is even more dangerous, and that slightly chubby people live longer.

People who are a little overweight at age 40 live six to seven years longer than very thin people, whose average life expectancy was shorter by some five years than that of obese people, the study found.

"We found skinny people run the highest risk," said Shinichi Kuriyama, an associate professor at Tohoku University's Graduate School of Medicine who worked on the long-term study of middle-aged and elderly people.

"We had expected thin people would show the shortest life expectancy but didn't expect the difference to be this large," he told AFP by telephone.

The study was conducted by a health ministry team led by Tohoku University professor Ichiro Tsuji and covered 50,000 people between the ages of 40 and 79 over 12 years in the northern Japanese prefecture of Miyagi.

"There had been an argument that thin people's lives are short because many of them are sick or smoke. But the difference was almost unchanged even when we eliminated these factors," Kuriyama said.

Main reasons for the shorter lifespans of skinny people were believed to include their heightened vulnerability to diseases such as pneumonia and the fragility of their blood vessels, he said.

But Kuriyama warned he was not recommending people eat as much as they want.

"It's better that thin people try to gain normal weight, but we doubt it's good for people of normal physique to put on more fat," he said.

The study divided people into four weight classes at age 40 according to their body mass index, or BMI, calculated by dividing a person's weight in kilograms by their squared height in metres.

The normal range is 18.5 to 25, with thinness defined as under 18.5. A BMI of 25 to 30 was classed as slightly overweight and an index above 30 as obese.

Finally!!

An agony of relief overwhelmed me as i finally off the driving test circuit
Haha... I'm certainly not expert in driving, standard below an amateur
I'm have attempted my best, overcoming this ordeal without panicking and nervous
Three months ago, i could only manage to pass one part of the driving test
Frustration enveloped me at that shocking moment since i have been trained for almost a month
Upon participating the NS, my mind never ever pondered over the desire of retaking the test
Pessimistic mindset kept stirring my brain core
Yet, i have been determined at all times and will encounter any repercussions due to lacking of practice after i stepped out from the camp
What i can feel right now is simply a nightmare turning into a memorable experience
In order to brush up my skills and techniques, it may consume a period of time
But my persistence is indeed necessary

Speak Out Loud 2 -- JPA scholarships

Under long and deep consideration, our minister finally reveals the secret behind the jpa scholarships -- the number of jpa scholar
This morning, I heard it from local news in TV1, reporting on the proceedings in dewan rakyat
One of the ministers remarked on the jpa issue that 68% of the non-bumiputera were awarded the jpa scholarships whilst around 200 jpa scholars were the excellent students
A sign of relief enveloped me as the quotas have been changed since this issue has not been resolved for weeks!!
Transparency of this scholarship seems to be evident and it is a good start
Me as one of the jpa scholars longs to voice out that either we attain local jpa scholarships or overseas, we should be grateful and thank for god. Our hard work has been paid off
I'm not attempting to boast in front of everyone since i was offered the overseas but my intention is to drive the desire and focus on the journey pursuing our studies and not to blame anyone or feeling desperate. We will all end with a degree and enter the window of job society
For those who were in vain, you all have my full support and keep it up.
Gambateh!!

Speak Out Loud 1

It has been a week time for education issues being discussed and argued among the public
Pointing accusing fingers towards the government should not be a common practice
I reckon that views from the public should be deem revised by the education ministry since a lot of press have publish various articles
On my point of view, the education ministry has to mitigate the menace as soon as possible. The biggest factor would be the education blueprint and plan
They should revamp and take this into account as to enhance the usage and consistency of english language among the youngsters in the mode of communication
We all comprehend that english is the medium language utilised by the global society
In the process of instilling the exact command of english usage among the students, we should not deny and deter from uplifting the standard of our national language(Bahasa Malaysia) as the unity drive in collaboration of the 1Malaysia concept
The only mean is to reconstruct the teaching style and syallabus as well as the exposure and emphasis to these two pivotal languages. Suitable and efficient training on the teachers should not be set aside in order ensure all the students are capable to master the languages significantly
Besides, we have to accept the movement of making english paper to be compulsory in spm or else the vision 2020 will all in vain
To survive in the modern contemporary society, students may have to be competent enough to maintain a fluency in their mother-tounge as well as the national language and english
In fact, it is an advantage to converse in diverse languages and we should be proud of

Tuition...

Everyone may wonder a jpa scholar attending stpm tuition for juz a few weeks!! what for??
Is it necessary?? Too much??
Nvr mind. I have made an end to my stpm tuition class since my only choice was chemistry after participating in national service for 2 months
Today was my last day in the class. Quite unfavourable to say the laz word. haizz
Moody and sob engulfed me a lot as i can juz pay full attention towards the lesson without having the intention to chit-chat and enjoy in the class
My heart was willing to acquire as many knowledge and skills besides being inquisitive
Whilst observing other ppl for being so attentive and keen in brainstorming, i was astounded
Though not feeling well in the class, i have tried my best to overcome the obstacles without hesitation. it will be my memorable experience before the real challenge begins
I may not have the chance at all to attend a warm and welcoming tuition anymore
In the journey of tertiary education, i can barely breathe the air in the lecture hall and tutorial
Meeting friends in uni maybe the only detour for me to chill out while doing all sorts of revision...

My laptop!!

After purchasing a dell laptop, exhiliration enlightened me
Owning a laptop is a dream comes true for me. Haha
I have never owned something so expensive and sophisticated ever
However, unfortunate event occured all of a sudden
A thin purple line appeared on the screen. OMG
It sometimes appears and disappears. What i can do is just staring at the laptop!!
I attempted to call the dell company for several times and they did reply me
They recommended me plenty of ways to diagnose the menace
At last, the thin line still can't be removed
Without second thought, the dell company promptly sent a engineer to my house to approach me for the problem arose
The engineer doubted and they only way he could do was to change the LCD screen
Is the LCD screen causing the thin line problem?? No one knows. Maybe...
I really wish all these worries can settle down as soon as possible
Bringing my well-condition laptop to KL will ensure all my assignments ready on time
Taking care and maintanence are extremely vital for me

Hot! Hot!

I can stand no more due to the soaring and scorching sun burning up epidermis throughout my skin
My sweat has drenched my shirst when i'm taking a nap
As far as i know, our country will be encountering grave El Nino phenomenon which leading to an increase in overall weather temperature
Our minister did warn everyone malaysian to be ready and fully prepared to ordeal this upcoming event
Parties involved should make themselves evident about the impact of El Nino towards our beloved nation
On my point of view, this phenomenon can be detrimental since the hike in temperature consequently drives our desire to switch on the air-conditioner frequently
The global temperature will soon deteriorate
I do agree of banning and prosecuting those irresponsible people around malaysia
For me
Drink more water and sweat more will be the best remedies
Water rehydrates and rejuvenates our body system
Sweating more can be done through exercises but not extreme one
I recently attended an aerobic dance exercise at the penang municipal park
Quite fun and joyful
Hot can no longer overcome me. Haha
I reckon that this exercise should be introduced among the youngsters and couch potatoes too

Movie Maniac??

This is how my life goes on after the results of spm announced.
The real fact is i cant really figure out stg fun and joyful to do but indulging in some activities lyk watching movies and on9
NS stuff maybe my life saver for a few desperate months
I still cant space up my mind and enjoy the way my life would be
Watching movies in the cinema indeed fill up my past time instead of wasting time staying at home
Engaging in this activity can eventually allow my mind pacing into a virtual realistic world
Some of the movies may not mean anything to me
Sound stereo system, the arrangement of the movie epics and the marvellous computer graphics however thrill me up
In fact, i rather watch the movies in theater than sticking with those fictions and non-fictions
Boredom certainly not envelop me at all
My favourite movies!!!
I'm quite avid to angels and demons and terminator salvation due to the genre and the suspense reaching my brain
Catching up with transformers will be my last thing i can do before stepping into the college in shah alam.
No one would know i have watched plenty of movies in the cinemas!! Haha!!
I'm not studying yet!!
